Enduring Hearts, a nonprofit supporting children with congenital heart disease, is partnering with Fortnite for a special in-game collaboration featuring a hospital experience and quest located inside Dragonheart Village in the Island Super Pet World. Dragonheart Village is the starting location players arrive at each time they log in.
