Gamefest 2010: Biggest videogame fair of Southern Europe

More than 10.000 m2 of novelties in the videogame World, game consoles to try out the latest news in the market, exclusive collector’s editions, demonstrations and a lot of surprises will wait for you in Madrid on the 8th, 9th and 10th October.

Spain, one of the biggest videogame markets in Europe, celebrates this year the first edition of GAMEFEST, the biggest videogame fair of Southern Europe, which will take place on 8th, 9th and 10th of October 2010 in the exhibition site Recinto Ferial Juan Carlos I de Madrid and will have the presence and support of the biggest companies of the sector.

GAMEFEST has the intention of becoming the annual date in Madrid for all the videogame lovers of all ages, where the audience will try the games and consoles that are about to come out, play to the latest novelties in the market and even buy games, both classics and modern or unique collector’s editions which are usually hard to find

PlayStation, Sega, Ubisoft, Konami, Take2, Bandai-Namco, THQ, Digital Bros, Jowood, Nintendo, Electronic Arts, Microsoft, Koch Media, Warner-Codemasters … All the big companies of the sector will be on the fair to show you the Christmas launchings and the titles they are preparing for 2011. You will have the possibility to try games which are not yet in the market and experience the new advances in consoles, such as PlayStation Move or Microsoft’s Kinect.
Various manufacturers of accesories for consoles will be present too in the fair and there will be a wide variety of products related to your favourite game and videogame characters.

The tickets will be available starting August 10th in all GAME shops on Spain, www.game.es and www.gamefest.es
