MSN Announces Partnership With Golden JoyStick Awards

MSN today announces it will be an official media partner of this summer’s prestigious 28th Golden Joystick Awards, providing users and gaming junkies with the latest in news and content. Undeniably the oldest gaming awards in the world, the Joysticks are dictated entirely by the public and last year, a staggering 1.2 million people logged online to place their vote.

This month, MSN will be covering all of the action on a dedicated hub site, including pre-awards news, low down on all the nominees and of course, the ultimate winners. There are 16 categories, including the ‘UK Developer of the Year’, ‘One To Watch’ and the world’s most coveted videogames honour, ‘Ultimate Game of the Year’. Past winners include Activision’s Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare, Bethesda’s Fallout 3 and Ubisoft’s Assassin’s Creed.
