GAME British Academy Video Games Awards in 2010

The 2010 GAME British Academy Video Games Awards will take place on Friday 19 March 2010 and will be at the London Hilton on Park Lane, 22 Park Lane. Hosted by Comedian and avid gamer Dara O’Briain for the second year running, the awards will be streamed live for the first time at www.bafta.org and www.baftagameaward.com

Nominees and presenters confirmed to date include (in alphabetical order): Anthony McPartlin and Declan Donnelly, Charlie Brooker, Chris O’Dowd, Dom Joly, Edith Bowman, Suzi Perry and Tom Watson MP. Shigeru Miyamoto, General Manager of Nintendo Entertainment, Analysis & Development, recipient of the Academy Fellowship, will also be in attendance.

MEDIA ACCREDIATION

Working media wishing to cover the 2010 GAME British Academy Video Games Awards must apply for accreditation in advance. Please ensure your application has been submitted by 17:00 on Wednesday 17 March.
