CGDC 2010 Winter Retreat Cancelled

To all potential CGDC Winter Retreat attendees,

It is with heavy heart and great despair that I must report we have to cancel the 2010 Winter Retreat. The registration deadline was February 6th, and our registration numbers did not meet the minimum requirements for holding the retreat at 5 Rock Ranch lodge as our conference center.

There will be no conference this year. Any conference fees that were paid in advance will be returned in full. On behalf of the entire Association of Christian Entertainment, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Some of us were really looking forward to the retreat, but the numbers are just too low to make it work.

We are considering the possibility of holding a one day (not overnight) get-together at a local venue for game developers who still want to connect and fellowship. If you would like to attend this 1 day get-together instead, please reply immediately or Email Laurene@tinyzoo.com. If there are too few replies in the next day or two, then we will not plan a get-together.

Again, sorry for the inconvenience. Perhaps you can come to the summer conference instead. Looks like it will be in July based on the venue (Concordia University).
