About Christian Game Dev Conference

 

The Christian Game Developers' Conference is a non-profit international organization founded in Oregon, dedicated to fostering community between Christians who develop games-- whether they create Christianity/Bible-themed games or work in various sectors of the game industry. We will be celebrating our tenth anniversary this year. We are holding a game development competition in conjunction with, but prior to, our conference. This year's competition theme is "Celebrating the 400th anniversary of the King James translation of the Bible".

The mission of the Christian Game Developers Conference is three-fold:

* First, to bring Christians involved in game development together in fellowship.
* Second, to provide a chance to discuss topics relevant to game development.
* Third, to pray for God to work in all aspects of the game development industry.

The Christian Game Developers Conference focuses primarily on video game development but board, card or paper game developers are also welcome.

Who is invited?

People interested in various aspects of game development or actively involved in such. It is not required that they be a Christian but this conference is presented to support Christians in game development and address the unique issues they encounter.
